Frequent Flyer
How to manage your frequent flyer memberships and apply them during flight bookings
Frequent Flyer
You can save your frequent flyer membership numbers on traveler profiles and apply them during flight bookings to earn airline miles.
Managing Memberships
Viewing Your Memberships
To see the frequent flyer memberships saved for a traveler:
- Go to Travelers in the main navigation
- Click on a traveler to open their detail page
- Select the Frequent Flyer tab
Each membership displays the program logo, program name, associated airlines, and your membership number.
Adding a Membership
Open the Form
On the Frequent Flyer tab, tap Add Frequent Flyer.
Choose a Program
Browse or search the list of available programs. You can search by program name, airline code, or airline name.
Programs you have already added are marked and cannot be selected again.
Enter Your Number
Type your membership number. If the program uses a prefix (e.g., "AF"), it appears automatically before the input.
Save
Tap Add Membership to save. Your new membership appears on the Frequent Flyer tab.
Editing a Membership
- On the membership card, tap the Edit icon
- Update the membership number
- Tap Update to save
Deleting a Membership
- On the membership card, tap the Delete icon
- Confirm the deletion
Deleting a membership is permanent. Past bookings that used this membership are not affected.
Applying Frequent Flyer to Bookings
During flight booking, you can apply frequent flyer memberships on the review step before confirming.
How It Works
Search and Select a Flight
Complete the flight search and select your preferred option.
Review Travelers
On the booking review page, each traveler is listed with the airlines included in the itinerary.
Auto-Suggested Memberships
If a traveler has a saved membership matching an airline in the booking, the system automatically suggests it. You will see the program name and membership number pre-filled.
Add or Change Membership
For each airline in the itinerary, you can:
- Accept the suggestion — No action needed
- Change the program — Click on the frequent flyer section to select a different program
- Add a new one — If no membership was suggested, click to add one manually for that airline
- Remove — Clear the selection if you do not want to apply a membership
Confirm Booking
The selected frequent flyer memberships are submitted with the booking and passed to the airline for mileage accrual.
The system matches memberships by comparing airline codes. A membership for "Alfursan" (linked to Saudia - SV) will automatically be suggested when booking a Saudia flight.
Multiple Airlines in One Booking
For itineraries with connecting flights on different airlines, you can apply a different frequent flyer membership for each airline segment. The system shows each airline separately and lets you pick the appropriate program.
No Matching Membership
If no saved membership matches the booking airlines, you can still add one manually during the review step. The available programs are filtered to show only those relevant to the airlines in your itinerary.
Tips
- Save memberships early — Add your frequent flyer numbers to traveler profiles before booking so they are automatically suggested
- Check for partner programs — Some programs cover multiple airlines. A single membership may apply to several carriers
- Keep numbers updated — If your membership number changes (e.g., after a program merger), update it on the traveler profile
