Quick Start Guide

This guide walks you through the essential steps to get started with Rahal Corporate.

For Company Admins

Step 1: Set Up Your Company

  1. Log in to the Rahal Corporate Dashboard
  2. Navigate to Companies and click Create Company
  3. Enter your company details:
    • Company Name - Your organization's name
    • Slug - URL-friendly identifier (e.g., acme-corp)
    • Verified Domains - Comma-separated email domains (e.g., acme.com, acme.net)
    • Allow Auto Signup - Enable or disable self-registration
    • Active - Set the company status

Verified domains control who can self-register. Users with matching email domains can sign up without an admin invitation.

Step 2: Configure User Access

Choose how users join your company:

To enable auto signup:

  1. Edit your company settings
  2. Set Allow Auto Signup to Enabled
  3. Add your email domains to the Verified Domains list

Step 3: Add Your First Users

If not using auto signup:

  1. Go to Users in the dashboard
  2. Click Create User
  3. Enter user details:
    • Full Name - User's full name
    • Email - User's email address
    • Password - At least 8 characters
    • Phone - Contact number (optional)
    • Company - Select from your companies
    • Role - Select from available company roles
    • Active - User status (defaults to active)
  4. Click Create User

The user can now log in with their credentials.

Step 4: Set Up Policies (Optional)

Policies control what users can book. For a quick start:

  1. Go to Policies
  2. Create a new policy with default settings
  3. Assign it as your company default

Step 5: Set Up Budgets (Optional)

Budgets track and control spending:

  1. Go to Budgets
  2. Create a cost center (e.g., "General Travel")
  3. Create a budget with your spending limits
  4. Assign the budget to users or roles

For Users (Employees)

Joining Your Company

If auto signup is enabled:

  1. Go to the Rahal Corporate signup page
  2. Register with your company email address
  3. Verify your email
  4. Log in and start booking

If invited by admin:

  1. Use the credentials provided by your administrator
  2. Log in to the Rahal Corporate app
  3. You're ready to book

Making Your First Booking

Booking a Flight

  1. Click Flights in the navigation
  2. Enter your search criteria:
    • Origin and destination
    • Travel dates
    • Number of travelers (adults, children, infants)
  3. Click Search
  4. Browse results and select your preferred flight
  5. Select travelers for the booking
  6. Review the booking summary
  7. Accept terms and complete the booking

During review, the system checks your selection against company policy and budget. If everything is within limits, you can book directly. If not, you'll submit a booking request for approval.

Booking a Hotel

  1. Click Hotels in the navigation
  2. Enter your search criteria:
    • Destination city
    • Check-in and check-out dates
    • Number of rooms and guests
  3. Click Search
  4. Browse hotels and select your preferred option
  5. Choose room type and quantity
  6. Assign travelers to rooms
  7. Complete the booking

Managing Your Travelers

Before booking, set up your traveler profiles:

  1. Go to Travelers
  2. Click Add Traveler
  3. Fill in the Personal Info tab:
    • Title, first name, last name
    • Date of birth
    • Email and phone
  4. Fill in the Passport tab:
    • Passport number
    • Issue and expiry dates
    • Nationality and issuing country
  5. Upload passport documents (optional)
  6. Save the traveler

You can add multiple travelers with multiple passports for international travel.
