This guide explains how budgets work from your perspective as a traveler. Learn what budgets mean for your booking experience and how to check your spending status.

What is a Budget?

Your company may have set up travel budgets to help manage spending. A budget:

  • Sets a spending limit for your travel expenses
  • Tracks how much you've spent and have remaining
  • May require approval or block bookings if you exceed your limit

Not all users have budgets - if you don't see budget information when booking, you may not have one assigned.
