Search Issues

No Hotels Found

Symptoms: Search returns zero hotels for your destination and dates.

Booking Issues

Hotel No Longer Available

  • Return to hotel details and select different rooms
  • Try searching again for latest availability
  • Book sooner to reduce this risk

Cannot Complete Booking

Symptoms: Error when clicking confirm button.

Possible causes:

Booking Blocked by Policy

  • Contact your administrator if you believe the booking should be allowed

Room Selection Issues

No Room Options Available

Symptoms: Selected hotel shows no rooms for your configuration.

Cannot Select All Rooms

Request Stuck Pending

Symptoms: Booking request shows Pending for extended time.

What to do:

  • Check with your manager or travel administrator
  • View request details in My Bookings > Requests
  • Contact support if urgent travel is needed
