  • Try searching again for the latest availability
  • Book earlier in the process to reduce this risk

Cannot Complete Booking

Symptoms: Error when clicking confirm or submit button.

Traveler Issues

Traveler Not Available for Selection

Symptoms: Expected traveler doesn't appear in selection list.

Passport Information Missing

Request Not Created

  • Company uses Direct Booking mode
  • Your role allows direct booking

Request Stuck Pending

Symptoms: Booking request shows Pending for extended time.

What to do:

  • Check with your manager or travel administrator
  • View request details in My Bookings > Requests
  • Contact support if urgent travel is needed
